Thanks for popping in! I'm Erica, a Food and Nutrition graduate of the University of Cincinnati currently living in sunny Florida, where I'm finishing up my dietetic internship.
I love crafting, cooking, baking (especially making muffins. I wish I could make muffins every day!), reading, and writing. I also love distance running, traveling, music, adventure (ie, skydiving!), and doing volunteer work. My friends tell me if they could describe me with one word, it would be "expressive." :)
I started this blog to give myself a creative outlet and to share my experiences and reflections as I strive to live a godly life. I pray that I can grow in grace and knowledge, and that my posts will be edifying and uplifting. I'm excited to share a journey with other wonderful young women as we try to become as virtuous as we can be.
May it be said of each and every one of us, “There are many virtuous and capable women in the world, but you surpass them all!” (Proverbs 31:29, NLT)
Thanks for reading! You can check out more of my ramblings about the Virtuous Woman (or the Wife of Valor, as I like to call her) here. You can also take a gander at my various other projects as I endeavor to learn her trades!
Feel free to email me as well if you have any questions or thoughts to share, I'm always happy to hear from you!
